MAIL ORDER
Please send your order by printing the order form, and send, either by e-mailing to us, or by posting. If posting, please send a cheque made payable to Sue Mann. Please use a limited cheque.-i.e., write across the cheque, 'not to exceed £.........', for the maximum amount you want to spend, and leave the words and figures blank. We will do the rest.Please add your cheque guarantee card number on the back. Alternatively, you can pay by using Paypal, by clicking on the 'Send Money' button, and using our e-mail address. Please note, you need a Paypal account to use this method.
SUBSTITUTES
We do not supply substitutes unless specifically requested to do so.
MINIMUM ORDER
There is a minimum order of £15 plus p/p for the UK, and £25 plus p/p for the rest of the EU. We do no ship outside of the EU.
YOUR PLANTS
Plants will generally be in 9cm pots,or may be bare root,depending on the size of plant, and time of year. If different, we will say so. We may cut back top growth depending on time of despatch for ease of posting. We post all year round, except between the 15th - 31st December.
POST/PACKING (UK mainland, excluding Highland/Islands,Isle of Man and Eire.
£9.50 - 1 to 6 plants
£13.50 - 7 to 12 plants
£15.00 - Over 12 plants
For rates for the rest of EU, please ask for a quotation at the time of order
COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your plants, please contact us in writing within 5 days of receipt, and we will do our best to put things right. If your order arrives damaged or plants missing, please contact us immediately.
Please be aware that we cannot he held responsible for damage caused by carriers etc. We also cannot be held responsible for losses caused by climatic conditions, drought etc, over which we have no control.
